Domaine Enchanteur has a small mealworm farm. Visitors are invited to explore it and learn about the benefits of mealworms for both humans and the planet.Commonly called a “mealworm” because it’s sometimes found at the bottom of a forgotten pantry, it’s actually not a worm — it has legs! It is the larva of the mealworm beetle, a black beetle with remarkable abilities.
This is a unique activity and a great opportunity to discover a food source still largely unknown in our region! It is offered during the summer season.
